Bathroom Gender Inclusiveness Policy
Cornell Tech allows use of any restroom that corresponds to your gender identity. In addition we have an all gender restroom located on the basement level.
Lactation Room Location & Access
There are lactation rooms available in both the Bloomberg Center (room 058) and the Tata Innovation Center(room 348). An employee requiring access can contact HR, their supervisor, or facilities directly. A student requiring access can contact studentwellness@tech.cornell.edu
International Students
International students and scholars are a vibrant part of the Cornell community. Cornell Tech is a designated campus for F-1 students with Designated School Officials (DSO’s): Jackie Klein and Monica Patten. We can help facilitate interactions with the DSOs in Ithaca for students in other visa statuses such as J-1 scholars.

Report an Incident of Bias, Discrimination, or Harassment
The Department of Inclusion and Workforce Diversity is responsible for collecting and tracking all reported bias activity that occurs at Cornell University that could potentially impact our commitment to diversity and inclusion, including all reports made by faculty, staff, students, and visitors to the Ithaca, Weill Cornell Medicine, and Cornell Tech campuses.
Belonging at Cornell
Belonging at Cornell is a framework designed to continue the progress towards making Cornell a more diverse and inclusive environment. Its mission is to focus our collective efforts on creating a campus community where individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences can both contribute and thrive.
Office of Inclusion and Student Engagement (OISE)
The Office of Inclusion and Student Engagement (OISE) is part of the Graduate School’s framework for providing an inclusive and holistic approach to graduate and postdoctoral scholar success. OISE supports scholar success through recruitment, diversity fellowships, professional and community development programming, and ongoing support.
Anti-Racism Resources
Cornell’s Department of Inclusion and Workforce Diversity, in collaboration with the Department of Organizational Development and Effectiveness and Professor Joseph Margulies, Professor of Law and Government in the College of Arts and Sciences, is hosting programs on anti-racism.
